 Casa Nola is ideally situated in a quiet neighborhood centrally located in Tamarindo, and 400 meters from the beach where the fishing boats and other aquatic tours depart. The house is two blocks from “the Circle”, the town’s center, and within one to four blocks are most of the restaurants, several grocery stores, banks, the best shopping, spas, gym and a yoga center.
Casa Nola is a 3 bedroom/3 bath, 2600 plus sq ft house with tastefully decorated living areas, dining area, kitchen, breakfast bar, a TV room and a sleeping loft. There is a great deal of outdoor living area including 2 big balconies with comfortable seating; a hillside location provides great country and ocean views so you can enjoy fantastic sunsets.
An exceptional vacation value, Casa Nola’s rooms are spacious and open. All three bedrooms are large, have their own full bath and guest-controlled air conditioning; 2 bedrooms have French doors that open to a large balcony. Ten to twelve guests can sleep comfortably:
- The master suite has a king-sized bed, accomodating 2
- Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, accommodating 2
- Bedroom 3 has a set of twin beds and a set of bunk beds, accomodating 4
- The sleeping loft has a day bed with a trundle bed, accomodating 2
- There is also a queen-sized air mattess available
Casa Nola has interesting architectural details, imported tile work, and native hardwood custom made doors, finishing and cabinetry throughout. The gardens all around the house are beautifully landscaped with over 200 exotic plants, including many flowering species placed to attract the numerous species of butterflies and hummingbirds that frequent the yards.
The house has wireless internet connection, cable TV, DVD player and a CD player – be sure and bring your favorite beach tunes! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, multiple- top stove/oven, deluxe refrigerator, blender, toaster and coffee maker.
Casa  Nola has maid service every other day, including laundry at no additional costs. If you are interested in having a chef provide wonderful Costa Rican style dishes or gourmet feast, for one night or every meal, please let us know and we can arrange it for you for an additional fee. We will be happy to arrange sportfishing, sailing, snorkling, scuba diving, horseback riding, kayak, canopy, and ATV tours, as well as other excursions.
