Hacienda del Pacifico Tamarindo, Costa Rica

The Hacienda is located at the far end of Tamarindo Bay. The house is situated a little back from the beach and just opposite the beach path. There are rock pools and excellent swimming at this area of the beach and when the tides are right, you can surf there too. We are in a more secluded part of Tamarindo without the traffic of the main roads.

The Hacienda is built with the "old style romantic charm" of a colonial hacienda with focus on an open air walk gallery connecting all the areas together around a small courtyard with swimming pool. There is opportunity to experience nature and enjoy the comings and goings of the animals and birds with the Hacienda's open air plan. This type of house is perfect for families and those who want to be in a more private and quiet environment.

The kitchen is open plan as well as the living-room area. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. One bedroom has two single beds, the other rooms each have one queen size bed. The furniture has been custom made for the Hacienda. Modern conveniences needed for a comfortable vacation, such as cable TV, microwave and high-speed internet are provided.

As we are located just in front of a surf break, we have a surfboard storage area as well as a separate shower for coming in from the sea. There is a gardner/caretaker and regular maid service. Extra services such as airport pickup and a chef are available upon request.

We are giving our guests one complimentary voucher for a yoga class at "Casa Azul". We want to introduce some and for others to enjoy what they already practice at home - yoga. Casa Azul is 3 minutes walk from the Hacienda on the beach. It is a great way to embrace nature and start getting the most from your holiday time in Tamarindo.

Reservation Policy:
Reservations can be made by phone, fax or e-mail to Lexie Hutton in Costa Rica. Within 7 days of reservation, 50% of the payment must be sent in the form of a cashier's check made out to Alexis Paulk-Hutton, and mailed to the address below. A confirmation will be sent to the client by fax or e-mail upon receipt of the check, along with the rental contract, which will need to be read and signed, then faxed or mailed back to Lexie. No refunds of deposits are given. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
